Com um preparo físico de dar inveja, Iara tem propriedade e sabe como ensinar o treinamento.

Exigente, é daquele tipo de Personal que todos alunos amam ter. Explica detalhadamente cada passo e intenção do exercício e já coloca todo mundo para suar.

Envolvida com o universo dos esportes desde pequena, está prestes a completar 17 anos de treinamento com pesos.

Iara Vieira é atleta IFBB qualificada para participar das principais competições internacionais de bodyfitness e sempre conta com o apoio do marido, técnico e preparador físico Eduardo de Oliveira.
